How does AI resume analysis work?
Every application received is read automatically, summarized, then matched against your job requirements. You get a structured summary of experience and skills, plus targeted interview questions. Resumes are accepted in PDF and Word (.docx) format; any other format is automatically rejected. No candidate photo is ever processed by the AI.
Is my data — and my candidates’ data — protected?
Sensitive data is encrypted, every company is strictly isolated from every other one (multi-tenant), and roles and access are verified server-side on each request. Candidate data can be deleted on request.
Does the platform work on phones and tablets?
Yes, fully. The mobile interface is built like a genuine native app, not a squeezed-down desktop site. Every feature stays available on smartphone, tablet and desktop.
Is the platform available in more than one language?
